Ryan DeCaire
Ryan is a co-founder and Partner at 3GP Capital. Prior to founding 3GP, Ryan was a Partner at Ashbridge Partners where he led the acquisition of industrial safety products stand-out, Geroline Inc., and subsequently stepped in to lead daily operations. Prior to Ashbridge Ryan spent time in both Toronto and London with Onex Corporation, one of the oldest and most successful private equity firms. Throughout his career, Ryan has evaluated, invested in and led successful businesses across a variety of industries globally. Ryan began his career in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario’s Richard Ivey School of Business (HBA).
Bradley DeCaire
Bradley is co-founder and Partner at 3GP Capital. Prior to 3GP, Bradley was a Principal at Ashbridge Partners, where he focused on evaluating investment opportunities across various industries. Previously, Bradley was a member of the Leadership Team at Riverdale Poultry, the preeminent live-haul poultry transportation company in Ontario. While at Riverdale, he focused on the Finance function, while also overseeing systems and process design and implementation for various divisions across the organization. Bradley began his career in Investment Banking at RBC Capital Markets in Toronto and is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario’s Richard Ivey School of Business (HBA)
